Our friendly and fully qualified staff dedicate time getting to know residents one-on-one in order to fully understand and cater for their needs, an integral part of our person-centred model of care.
Our facilities include 24-hour onsite nursing, emergency call systems in all rooms, recreational rooms, landscaped gardens, centre bus for regular outings and more.

Each staff member has undergone reference and security checks to ensure they are fully qualified, experienced and passionate about working in the aged care sector. Emotional intelligence is also a key factor in recruiting our staff.
Our centres have a variety of room options to suit different levels of mobility, comfort, budgets, with features such as private ensuites, electronically adjustable beds, space for personal furniture, built-in wardrobes and provisions for telephones and TV.
Each of our Centres has a dedicated Lifestyle team who organises daily activities based on the suggestions of residents, including daily outings, celebrations, trivia, cultural dancing, singing, walks, traditional games, Chapel services and much more.
Meals are cooked daily by a qualified chef in consultation with the dietitian.

We have a holistic model of care, and our dedicated Chaplains play an important role in bringing this to life. Each centre also has their very own chapel. My Aged Care is the main entry point to all government-subsidised aged care services in Australia. The steps are the same whether you’re applying for permanent care or respite (short-term) care.
Deciding which residential aged care centre is best for you is an important and personal decision. We recommend that you visit your preferred Centre so that you can experience the care we provide and meet the dedicated team of carers who will work with you to ensure your care needs are met.
At the conclusion of the tour, we will go through the information pack and explain the fees and charges.

Once you have experienced the care we provide, met the care team and are ready to move into our Centre, there are four (4) pieces of information that must be completed and returned:
If you’re not yet ready for placement, you’re welcome to return your completed Application Form to join our waitlist until the time that suits you best.
When we have received your documents and have a suitable aged care vacancy, we will arrange a pre-admission interview so that we can discuss your care needs and preferences in more detail.
Once we’ve confirmed that we can meet your care needs and have a suitable room available, we’ll offer you a place and arrange a move-in date that works for you.
