Your plan can be adjusted at any time to make sure it continues to support your independence, health and wellbeing.

Bathing and showering, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, eating and drinking.

Washing, ironing, laundry, cleaning and shopping.

Clinical monitoring services, specialised nursing care such as wound management, prompting or assistance with medications and other services as needed.

Home Care Costs

The Australian Government pays a subsidy to an approved care provider like us on your behalf. This subsidy helps cover the cost of the care and services you receive.

You’ll first need a government assessment and once approved, you may be eligible for one of the programs listed below.

Your total care budget combines the government subsidy with any fees you may pay, based on your income and assets.

If you are an existing client, you can contact your dedicated care partner with any queries.

We respond to all client queries within 24 hours with the exception of weekends and public holidays where we will respond on the next business day.

In order to transfer your package, you first need to agree in writing to receive services from us and confirm your required start. Following this, you would then notify your current provider in writing that you are transferring to our services. Any unspent monies will be transferred from your previous provider to your new provider within 56 days. During this 56 day period, you can opt to start receiving service from us by negotiation and as agreed in writing.

Please keep in regular contact with your Salvos dedicated care partner who is there to advocate on your behalf and provide you support.

We have no establishment or set up fees, and no exit fees.
